There is a dark side to my life
Instead of crying I been fighting
I used to feeling too much
Now I am building my world
Through all these years I been capturing moments
Not of the past, but of coming present times
Its hard to walk this path alone
I held my head up high for reason deep inside
No matter the hour, no matter the date
There will come a time when there will be a reason to trust in me
I cannot stand in the way of growth, nor exploring
The past cannot erase what i already know

Spring.
Spring.
She is a princess,
A goddess, really.
For only she is beautiful in whatever she does.
Her skin is pale,
Not yet tanned by Summer’s heat,
Still frozen from Winter’s touch.
Silent and sure, she smiles at the world.
Her hair falls over one shoulder, soft as can be.
Soft as the baby ferns,
Soft as the baby fawns.
Soft as the green grass between her toes.
Her eyes are full of promise,
Greener than the tallest oak trees.
They tell a story of what is to come,
Reflecting growth and new life.
She is still young, a little child,
Nothing like the Winter before,
Whose old bones creaked
And tried to weather the storm.

It is taking over
I can't breath as
The frost is
Taking,controlling my mind
It's growing in me
Not letting me live
And i feel like I'm not here
Would anyone care
Would anyone mind
If i wouldn't be here
Then it stopped
It melted away from my heart
I felt as a snow storm
But u came like spring
And I woke up from the dream
My heart was frozen as ice
Then you came and melted it away
and l could finally live !

puts my mind at ease-
the voice that grants me peace,
in knowing that winter is over
and the warmth is to return.
